the proportioning system of our company's cement mill (see Figure 1) is composed of a D-type clinker quantitative feeder (measuring range: 220t/h), a del type gypsum quantitative feeder (measuring range: 15t/h) and a DLM type coarse powder return powder solid flowmeter (measuring range: 600t/h). our company designed to install the instrument control cabinet directly into the small control room near the scale body on site, which not only reduces interference, but also prevents dust. They are relatively close, reducing the length of cables. Shenke company produces ten core double shielded cables (each pair of twisted pair is shielded by one layer, and the outermost layer is shielded as a whole). The anti-interference performance is very good, which makes the stability and accuracy of the scale fully meet the design requirements. Due to the different particle sizes of clinker and gypsum, the clinker and gypsum quantitative feeders adopt the form of small load high speed and large load low speed respectively. The sizes of the blanking ports of the two materials are different, ensuring the smooth flow of logistics. One 100kg sensor is installed on both sides of the two quantitative feeders respectively, and the weighing idler is directly installed on the sensor without using the weighing frame, which overcomes the problem that the domestic Schenk scale sensor is placed on the weighing frame, and the weighing frame is easy to be stuck by the block. The fault is reduced and the stability is good

2 modification of Schenker scale parameters and experience in use

1) the belt needs to be replaced after the quantitative feeder has been used for 2 years. The original belt is clamped with triangular metal sheets. The belt deviation is judged by the pulse width detected by the proximity switch, and the replaced belt has no metal sheets. If the belt deviation signal is not detected after the quantitative feeder is started, it will stop automatically

since the belt is equipped with an idler with the integration of tension and deviation adjustment, it can basically ensure the normal operation of the belt, so enter the configuration modification mode, change the feeder deviation detection from k03.01-ina to k03.01-now1, and it is more reasonable to cancel the simple experimental setting of running application; About the research-oriented user bias detection function that cares about the details of the experiment. When adjusting the roller at the tail of the belt conveyor to correct the deviation, it should be noted that the upper edge of the tension and deviation adjustment integrated idler is consistent with the center line of the prismatic observation holes on both sides of the scale body, so as to ensure a certain tension, reduce the impact on the zero point of the scale, and the deviation adjustment idler can play a better role. After such treatment, the belt scale operates normally

2) due to the needs of production process, it is required to change the gypsum quantitative feeder from 15t/h to 20t/h. There are three ways to change the measuring range. The first is to increase the load, the second is to increase the belt speed, and the third is to increase the load and the belt speed at the same time. If there is no margin in the hardware of the equipment, the hardware must be replaced first, and then the parameters must be modified
